1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products and services offered by Rafilis. We value customer satisfaction and offer a fair refund process if our products don't meet your expectations.

2. Covered Products

This policy applies to the following products and services:

  • LES VPN - Monthly and annual subscription plans
  • Rafilis Audio Normalizer - Software licenses and subscriptions
  • Rafilis Multizone Player - Software licenses and subscriptions

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Subscription Products (LES VPN)

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase date
  • This must be your first subscription to the product
  • You must not have violated any terms of service or laws

3.2 Software Licenses

For one-time software purchases:

  • Refunds can be requested within 14 days of purchase
  • If the software is incompatible with your system or doesn't work as documented

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the specified refund period
  • Automatically renewed subscriptions (cancel before renewal)
  • Repeated refund requests for the same product
  • Accounts suspended for terms of service violations
  • Products purchased at promotional or discounted prices (unless specified)

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
  3. Include your order number or email address
  4. State the reason for your refund request

6. Refund Processing Time

Refund requests are processed as follows:

  • Requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • The time for the payment to reach your account depends on your payment method

7. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:

  • Prorated refunds for remaining time on long-term subscriptions
  • Partial refunds for documented technical issues

8. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle
  • You continue to have access until the end of the paid period
  • Cancellation does not automatically mean a refund for the remaining time
